Pensioner died after heart attack following surgery

A PENSIONER died of a cardiac arrest less than an hour after undergoing a procedure to put a stent in her artery.Retired housewife Irene Davis, of Wareham Close, Nailsea, was rushed to Bristol Royal Infirmary on July 31 last year, suffering with chest pains.
